This magnificent tile is among a group of wall-tiles, which
were used to decorate one of the St. James Church's chapels in Jerusalem. There
is a medallion in middle enclosed by yellow, blue and purple colored twists. An
oyster motif was placed on each of two sides of this medallion. On the corners
of the tile there are four bodiless angle figures of which the heads and wings
were drawn only.
