White paste, white slip and transparent, colourless glaze. The plate has a ring base and slightly everted rim. The underglaze decoration is in yellow, green, manganese purple and brownish red with black outlines, and there is a double black ring around the rim. In the center is the figure of St. George riding a brick red horse with a green flower patterned saddle. There is a red aigrette in his purple headdress. He holds a lance in his hand and his foot is in the stirrup.
